For HAF eligible families, 8 free places are available. For non-HAF families, the cost is £60 per 4 hour workshop.
Do you enjoy communicating your ideas through art, design, crafts, re-purposing, printing, stencil art, textiles, watercolour painting, collage, mixed-media...?
Join our practical, creative, wellbeing workshops where we’ll practice:
Making and re-using to create beautiful things;
Designing, printing, painting and crafting;
Movement for energy and emotional balance;
Creating seasonal and sustainable artworks;
Communication skills and team work;
Breathwork for clarity and focus;
Music for listening and speaking.
Our workshops are designed by SEN specialist teachers to help young people aged 14-18 who might experience anxiety, feel overwhelmed in social situations or sometimes show signs of low self esteem. We teach life skills which extend beyond the studio walls and provide strategies for improved self-image and positive communication.
