BCE = Benevolent Childhood Experiences

It’s no coincidence that the acronym: ‘BCE’, can also mean ‘Benevolent Childhood Experiences’.

And it’s always moving to see a young person we’ve invested in take the steps into a transition we’ve prepared them for. How moved the BCE team were to receive this feedback from a trusted commissioning authority:

“The relational care [she] has received at BCE will become part of the narrative she carries forward: the memory of people who understood her, believed in her and helped her reconnect with her own strength. These moments often feel ordinary at the time, but for young people navigating challenge, they become the life‑shaping ones.”

Mindful activities in small groups at BCE help young people to achieve a safe place with us.

Knowing the impact of our unique practices in real terms is something we’re incredibly grateful to have had the privilege to deliver for Torbay Council’s Virtual School.

The beauty of Beyond Creative Education is that when pathways are wrapped up neatly and handed to the next wave of support for our learners, we remain quietly present to provide our services again when needed along the way. A light-touch presence that never closes its door once the initial job we were contracted for has proven successful.

There is always more we could do for your young people, and we endeavour to deliver at every step. To discuss the best way forward for your child, please get in touch: office@beyondcreativeeducation.org
